Wedding Update #1 10 Days to Go! ✨

We’re officially in the final countdown and cannot wait to celebrate with all of you! Here are a few important details to help you plan:

Time: We begin promptly at 6:00 PM, trust us, you won’t want to miss what we have in store right from the start!

Bow Ties for Gentlemen: For guests wearing black suits as recommended, your bow ties will be provided at the venue. You’ll be able to choose between two selected shades (see the reference photo below in the dress code section). Just wear a collared shirt compatible with a bow tie, and we’ll take care of the rest! (Sorry ladies, we wish we had dresses waiting for you too! 😉)

Smooth Boarding & Accessibility: To make boarding effortless and safe for everyone, a dedicated, stable platform has been built for wheelchair access and anyone who prefers extra support getting on and off the boat.

A felucca will take guests from the port to Dahab Island Palace — a short, 10-minute ride. Ramps and staff will be available to help guests board and disembark. Please note boarding requires ID; guests must be 16+ and invited to the wedding.

Are children invited?

We love your children, but we have decided to keep our wedding day exclusive to adults aged 16 and older. Please note that a valid ID will be required to access the boat ride. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements for the evening so we can celebrate together!

How do we access the island?

All wedding guests will arrive via a 10-minute boat ride, which is the only available transportation to the venue for our event. If you experience motion sickness, please plan ahead so you can travel comfortably. We can't wait to see you on the island!

What should I wear on my feet?

Comfortable shoes! Because our wedding is outdoors, we strongly suggest avoiding pointy heels or stilettos (trust us, you don't want to sink into the grass!). Block heels, wedges, or dressy flats are perfect for celebrating with us on the island.

Do I have to wear the colours you recommended in the dress code?

No, please wear whatever makes you feel beautiful and confident. The colors we suggested are just for inspiration and for a cohesive look in photos; they’re not required.
